1. About Snapbillo

Snapbillo is a web and mobile application for creating invoices and managing clients and billing data. This document explains what personal data we process while operating it, why, and for how long.

3. Why we process it

4. Who we share data with

We use the following processors, acting on our instructions:

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Signing in with Google / Facebook

When you sign in with Google or Facebook, we only receive your email address, name and profile photo from the provider — nothing else, no access to your contacts or posts. Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google).

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleted invoices and clients stay in the trash for 30 days (recoverable), then are permanently removed. Full-database backups are kept for 90 days for disaster recovery. After closing your account you may request full deletion of your data at any time at support@snapbillo.com.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may withdraw consent to analytics at any time. To exercise your rights or ask a question, email support@snapbillo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Security

Data is stored in Firebase Firestore with per-user access isolation; all transfers are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Payment QR codes are generated locally on your device — payment details never leave the app beyond generating the QR code.

9. International transfers

Our processors (Google, Stripe) may process data on servers outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new feature. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the latest revision.
