These Terms govern your use of the Snapbillo web and mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Jan Bureš, Business ID (IČO) 76474518 (the "Operator"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of the serviceSnapbillo lets you create invoices and manage clients and billing data. New accounts get a 14-day free trial; a paid subscription is required to keep using the Service afterwards. The Operator may modify, extend or limit the Service and its features over time.
Registration requires a valid email address or a Google/Facebook account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. An account is meant for a single user or business — sharing login credentials with third parties is not allowed.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; prices are shown in the app before payment is completed. The subscription renews automatically for the next billing period until cancelled. The Operator may change prices with reasonable notice — changes take effect from the next billing period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, self-service, via the Stripe customer portal (Settings → Manage subscription in the app). Access to paid features stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Amounts already paid for an unused period are not refunded, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
All billing data (invoices, clients, company settings) is entered and managed solely by you. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and tax validity of the documents you issue — Snapbillo is a document-creation tool, not accounting or tax advice. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or to create fraudulent documents.
The Operator aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Planned maintenance downtime and outages outside the Operator's control (e.g. third-party infrastructure such as Google Firebase or Stripe) may occur.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the Service. The Operator's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in subscription fees over the preceding 12 months.
The application, its source code, design and the Snapbillo name are the property of the Operator. Data you enter into the app (invoices, clients) remains yours — the Operator does not use it other than to operate the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
You may cancel your account at any time, including requesting data deletion at support@snapbillo.com. The Operator may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, in particular for abuse of the Service or prolonged non-payment.
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time; continuing to use the Service after a change is published means you accept the new version. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably; otherwise the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. Consumers have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution via the Czech Trade Inspection Authority.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@snapbillo.com.
